Over more than 25 years, I have built studios and engineering organisations from scratch, led global product launches, turned underperforming products into profitable services and carried responsibility for organisations of up to 350 people and platforms serving more than 60 million users.

THREE OWNERSHIP STORIES
The scope was the whole system.
PLAY’N GO
Owned the entire games organisation.
Ran 350 people end to end. Increased annual output from 52 to 64 titles without increasing budget, while building predictable delivery and multi-year planning.
UBISOFT
Built and led Ubisoft Connect end to end.
Scaled the organisation from 40 to 240 people and carried investment, product, technical, creative and organisational accountability for a platform serving 60M+ users.
SONY
Built the IoT venture from the ground up.
Assembled the team, owned the budget and commercial outcome, drove the MVP and secured the first customer. The capabilities later became shared infrastructure within Sony.
