Green Bear · Decision Snapshot

Before you commit more, find out what the evidence actually supports.

For founders and operators deciding whether to continue, scale, fund, narrow or stop a commercial, capital or execution initiative. In about ten minutes, get a provisional recommendation, the evidence it rests on and the smallest test that could change it.

Your case is processed to create the Snapshot. It is sent to Jörn Green only if you explicitly consent to the handoff.

Bring a decision—not a topic

A decision-ready case has six parts.

Use the Snapshot when one consequential decision must be made within the next 30 days or before a defined gate, the choice commits time, money, people or credibility, and the evidence is incomplete or disputed. It is not designed for general advice, open brainstorming, detailed implementation planning or several decisions at once.

Prepare this

  1. Decision and commitment: the choice and what it would commit.
  2. Outcome: the observable business result you need.
  3. Boundary: the decision owner and deadline.
  4. Observed evidence: facts, including counts and time windows where relevant.
  5. Missing or negative evidence: what has not happened or is not known.
  6. Uncertainty: the main contradiction or unresolved unknown.

Use this format

We must decide whether to [decision and commitment] by [date], in order to achieve [observable outcome]. So far, we have observed [evidence]. We have not yet observed [missing evidence]. The main contradiction or uncertainty is [unknown].

Evidence rule

Report observations—not conclusions. A meeting is activity; positive feedback is not customer commitment; a delivered document is not an achieved outcome. Name a record only when it contains the observation. The Snapshot records the citation but does not inspect the document.

What the Decision Snapshot provides

  • A provisional judgement on what the evidence supports
  • The decision the analysis believes is actually in front of you
  • The strongest supporting evidence and its boundary
  • Critical contradictions or false progress signals
  • What should not be committed to yet
  • The smallest useful next test
  • A decision rule for positive, negative or mixed results

Scope: The Snapshot is not a complete strategy, due-diligence report or independent verification of your sources. It is a structured assessment of what you can responsibly decide next from the evidence provided.

The output is not the decision. It is the right conversation.

The Decision Snapshot does not manufacture certainty or replace a full Decision Review. It gives you a useful first assessment, keeps unknowns visible and shows whether the next step can be taken internally or needs outside support.

Commercial Decision Review

Challenge an important bounded decision before committing.

Evidence-to-Action Sprint

Produce the evidence the decision is currently missing.

Embedded Strategic Operator

Carry the decision through alignment and execution.

Test the decision, not your confidence.

Start with the guided assessment. You decide whether to save, share or book a follow-up.
