After landing our first missions—those critical early assignments that proved our capability, compassion, and consulting prowess—Green Bear Consulting stood proud. We delivered value. We brought clarity. And most importantly: people were smiling.

We looked around. Nodded. And said:

“Let’s grow.”
With growth came responsibility. And what greater responsibility than swag?

We launched our internal initiative:
“One Team, One Tee.”
Every Green Bear Consultant receives a high-quality, bear-logo-branded T-shirt, breathable and bold, made with sustainably-sourced cotton and high-fives.

The T-shirts weren’t just clothing.
They were culture.
They were community.
They were contagious (but in a good way).

Suddenly, designers, strategists, change agents and quantum physicists were showing up asking, “Can I get a shirt?” And with that… we grew.

The First Four

From the fertile soil of early success, we planted the seeds of a small, happy, diverse team. We grew to four professionals. Not just any professionals—humble heroes from different backgrounds, genders, cultures, and dimensions of identity.

One of them might be named Li. Another Jamal. A third Maria. The fourth? Mysteriously named “Alex 2”—because, fun twist, many of them are identical twins. This, we discovered, is not only charming, but also strangely efficient in meetings.

From the strength of the team and the T-shirts, we opened the doors to Strategic Advisors. We didn’t pick based on resumes—we picked based on vision, kindness, and just the right amount of eccentricity.

Together, through good policy, beautiful decks, and weekly feedback donuts, we made such an impact that the world had to stop and take notice.

We were awarded:

And not a single soul in the company wore anything but their Green Bear T-shirt to the ceremony.

Where to next?

We scouted locations. Zurich? Nah. Singapore? Too humid. Malmö? Charming, but insufficient for our cosmic ambitions.

The obvious answer:
The Giant Crater on Mars.

With vision, gumption, and no shortage of hoodies and protein bars, we built our new HQ inside the Martian landscape.

The crater became more than a headquarters. It became a symbol. Of hope. Of boldness. Of multi-planetary HR policy compliance.

From this Martian HQ, fueled by purpose (and solar panels), we worked hand-in-hand across species, timezones, and orbits.

Free T-shirts flowed.
Laughter echoed in domes.
Milestones were hit faster than lightspeed.

Soon, humanity spread across the Milky Way. Not as conquerors—but as collaborators.
Under the gentle, watchful eyes of Green Bear Consulting, peace, prosperity, and personal growth reached every moon, station, and karaoke lounge in the galaxy.

We continue.
We build.
We laugh and learn and launch.
