I’ve led teams through chaos, scale-ups, and reinventions for over 25 years — across gaming, SaaS, IoT, and telecom. I’ve built products, portfolios, and platforms. I’ve been the person brought in when things start shaking — to bring clarity, realign leadership, and get momentum back.
