We help organizations regain clarity, rebuild rhythm, and move from pressure to purpose.
Our work combines leadership development, organizational design, and pragmatic use of AI.
The aim is simple: to make complexity manageable and growth sustainable.
Founded by Jörn Green in Malmö, Sweden, the studio brings together over 25 years of experience leading large-scale teams at Sony, Ubisoft, and Play’n GO, together with a growing network of facilitators and collaborators across Europe.
Green Bear works primarily with scaling tech companies, creative studios, and industrial innovators who need to move from founder-driven chaos to structured growth.
We also support established organizations entering new digital phases or aiming to strengthen their leadership culture.
What We Do
We focus on four areas where structure and human intelligence meet.
90-Day Reboot
Intensive transformation sprints for companies that need to reset, refocus, and regain momentum.
This program helps leadership teams align, rebuild trust, and re-establish the rhythm needed for execution.
At Play’n GO, we scaled a creative and technical organization from 100 to 350 people while improving delivery flow and retention.
The 90-Day Reboot distills lessons from that journey into a clear framework for progress.
Living leadership
Leadership development built on presence, trust, and biological safety.
Created together with leadership experts Madelene Johansson and Erik Kindbom, this program develops courage, awareness, and sustainable communication within leadership teams.
AI for Leadership Teams
Helping management groups adopt AI to simplify coordination, communication, and decision-making.
We work with executives to integrate AI tools that support, not replace, human leadership.
At Ubisoft, we led multi-site coordination between Europe and Canada using data systems and automation — experience that now shapes how we guide teams into the AI era.
Prototyping Studio
Early-stage product exploration for companies developing new concepts.
We help define the core idea, test traction, and evaluate competitive potential before scaling up.
This approach draws from real product work — from building IoT frameworks at Sony to launching successful platform products in gaming and media.
Each program can run independently or as part of a broader leadership transformation journey.
